My "WHY", as Simon Sinek would say, is to help Sourcing grow and be recognized worldwide as strategic and help implement it

To do so, I have started my own training program, with its dedicated website and brand. The People Attraction Theory, available in English and French

Through more than 15 intense hours of training, I teach you everything I know about sourcing.

​This is currently the most advanced complete sourcing training program in French (prove me wrong, please) and likely not just in French.

In addition to the online training, you join a Discord community with other learners.​

 On-site bootcamps : 2 days to develop your sourcing skills

Intensive 2-day bootcamp for up to 10 people, offered in French-speaking Switzerland or in locations easily accessible from this region. Can also be run online (4 half-days) for distributed teams.
